Quelques prototypes carross\u00e9s en coup\u00e9 et en cabriolet deux places seront construits. Ils \u00e9taient pourvus d&#8217;une suspension par anneaux en caoutchouc, les quatre roues \u00e9tant ind\u00e9pendantes. Quant \u00e0 la motorisation, il s&#8217;agissait d&#8217;un JLD de deux cylindres deux temps de 400 cc. refroidi par eau.<\/span><br \/>\n <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Un deux cylindres oppos\u00e9s \u00e0 deux temps, refroidi par air, et d&#8217;une cylindr\u00e9e de 350 cc. \u00e9tait \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vu.<\/span><br \/>\n <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">La KLEINSTWAGEN ne sera finalement pas commercialis\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;KNAP&#8221; background_layout=&#8221;dark&#8221; text_orientation=&#8221;left&#8221; use_border_color=&#8221;off&#8221; border_color=&#8221;#ffffff&#8221; border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221; module_id=&#8221;KNAP&#8221; background_position=&#8221;top_left&#8221; background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221; background_size=&#8221;initial&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span style=\"color: #ff5b5b;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">KNAP Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de Construction Li\u00e9geoise d&#8217;Automobiles)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a01897-1899<\/span><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><br \/>\n Rue des Wallons puis rue Lairesse 83 &#8211; 85 \u00e0 Li\u00e8ge<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Con\u00e7ues par le technicien fran\u00e7ais Georgia KNAP, originaire de Troyes, les voiturettes KNAP \u00e0 trois roues &#8211; dont une roue arri\u00e8re motrice &#8211; furent d&#8217;abord produites \u00e0 Li\u00e8ge \u00e0 partir de 1897-1898.<\/span><br \/>\n <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Sa construction s&#8217;inspirait de la L\u00e9on BOLLEE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Le moteur \u00e9tait un monocylindre horizontal de 4 cv. \u00e0 allumage \u00e9lectrique, deux vitesses et transmission par cha\u00eene.<\/span><br \/>\n <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Les premi\u00e8res voiturettes KNAP furent expos\u00e9es \u00e0 Li\u00e8ge au Caf\u00e9 National o\u00f9 se tenait alors le Salon du Cycle, puis \u00e0 l&#8217;exposition de Bruxelles en mars 1899. C&#8217;\u00e9tait le grossiste en bicyclettes LOPPART qui assurait la repr\u00e9sentation de KNAP, des courses ayant m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9es pour ses seuls clients. Bien que vendu en Angleterre sous le nom de &#8221; The Tourist &#8220;, ce v\u00e9hicule d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9mod\u00e9 ne fut plus construit apr\u00e8s 1899.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">KNAP retournera en France o\u00f9 il poursuivra la construction de motocyclettes et de voiturettes \u00e0 moteur monocylindrique.<\/span><br \/>\n <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Quant \u00e0 la firme beige &#8221; Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de Construction Li\u00e9geoise d&#8217;Automobiles &#8220;, elle obtint la licence de construction pour la Belgique de la DURYEA am\u00e9ricaine qu&#8217;elle produira jusqu&#8217;en 1903 et dont la distribution \u00e0 Bruxelles \u00e9tait assur\u00e9e par un garage de la marque install\u00e9 au 147 de l&#8217;avenue de l&#8217;Hippodrome.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;KOPPEL&#8221; background_layout=&#8221;dark&#8221; text_orientation=&#8221;left&#8221; use_border_color=&#8221;off&#8221; border_color=&#8221;#ffffff&#8221; border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221; module_id=&#8221;KOPPEL&#8221; background_position=&#8221;top_left&#8221; background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221; background_size=&#8221;initial&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span style=\"color: #ff5b5b;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">KOPPEL (Compagnie Belge de V\u00e9locip\u00e8des)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a01901 <\/span><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><br \/>\n rue de F\u00e9tinne n\u00b060 \u00e0 Li\u00e8ge<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">En 1901 KOPPEL construit quelques voiturettes \u00e0 moteur monocylindrique mont\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;arri\u00e8re et reli\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;essieu arri\u00e8re par engrenage.<\/span><br \/>\n <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">La voiture disposait d&#8217;une carrosserie tonneau \u00e0 quatre places et l&#8217;acc\u00e8s au moteur se faisait en soulevant la carrosserie.
